How the cleaning works
About 45 minutes per mattress, at your home. Nothing to carry.
Vacuuming
Both sides and the edges are deep-vacuumed to remove dust before any cleaning.
Stain treatment
Rings and visible stains are pre-treated one by one.
Hot-water extraction
Hot water is injected into the filling and drawn straight back out: dirt and allergens come up with it. Anti-dust-mite treatment included.
Drying
The mattress dries standing up in an aired room: 4 to 6 hours for both sides.
One side or both: what changes
Both sides
The mattress is cleaned on both sides, edges included. This is the full clean; morning appointment so it dries before the night.
One side
Only the sleeping side is cleaned, edges included. Enough when the other side has never been used.
Cot mattress
Same method for the baby cot mattress: €39 both sides, €29 one side only.
Allergies
Hot-water extraction removes the allergens lodged in the filling; anti-dust-mite treatment is included as standard.

Before we arrive
A socket and a tap
An accessible 220 V socket and a water point are all we need: we bring all the equipment.
A stripped bed
Sheets, underpad and mattress protector removed before we arrive.
Room to stand it up
For both sides, the mattress dries standing up: keep a free wall in an aired room.
Afterwards
Keep the room aired and wait until it feels dry before making the bed. In winter, allow more time.
