Stains on sofas, mattresses or rugs
Sofa stain removal at your home
Coffee, wine, grease, sweat: most everyday stains come out with targeted pre-treatment, followed by hot-water extraction that removes the dirt instead of spreading it. Everyday stain treatment is included in the cleaning price.

Before we come
The right first steps
- Blot straight away with a white cloth, from the outside towards the centre.
- Do not rub: the stain spreads and sinks deeper into the foam.
- Avoid hot water, bleach and household stain removers, which can set the stain or bleach the fabric.
- Take a photo and send it to us on WhatsApp: we tell you what to expect.
Depending on the stain

Frequently asked questions
Your questions about this cleaning
Is stain removal extra?
No, everyday stain treatment is included in the cleaning price. Only a heavy-duty package for accident stains (blood, vomit, ink), coming soon, will be charged separately, €9 to €39 per area.
Will every stain come out?
Most everyday stains come out. A very old stain, one already scrubbed with a household product or one that has bleached the fibre may only fade: we tell you from the photos, before we come.
What should I do right after a stain?
Blot with a white cloth without rubbing, avoid hot water and household stain removers, then send us a photo on WhatsApp.
Does a urine stain leave an odour?
Often, yes. The odour removal add-on, from €10, treats the odour at the source with an enzymatic neutraliser, then hot-water extraction removes it.
